Inkább sörbírónak jelentkezz, ha nincs nagy tapasztalatod. A sörfőző versenyre olyanokat várunk, akik gyakorlottak a házi sörkészítésben, és ország-világnak megmutatnák, mennyire jó a sörreceptjük.
Mi történik, ha olyan jó a söröm, hogy megnyerem a versenyt, de nem tudom még egyszer ilyenre főzni?
A verseny lényege, hogy a nyertes sört a sörfőző reprodukálni tudja, hogy aztán a Soproni sörfőzőmestere és a győztes együtt készíthessék el újra, és így kerüljön az üzletek polcaira.
Sörgyárban dolgozom, versenyezhetek?

Mi történik a sörrel, amit beküldök?

Csak világos hop lagert lehet főzni a versenyen?
Igen, a versenyre csak a megadott feltételeknek megfelelő, világos hop lager sörrel lehet nevezni, minden más típusú sör automatikusan kizárásra kerül.
Jelentkezhetek sörfőzőnek is és sörbírónak is?
Persze! Viszont, ha söröd bekerül a kiválasztott 10 hop lager közé, abban az esetben nem vehetsz részt a zsűrizésben.
Mi alapján dől el, hogy melyik sör lesz a nyertes?
A zsűri objektív szempontok alapján értékeli a sörök illatát, megjelenését, ízét, kortyérzetét, valamint az összbenyomást. Egy könnyen fogyasztható, maximum 4,5 alkoholszázalékos, világos, ugyanakkor jellegzetes hop lager sört keresünk.
